Our approach to quality control integrates the latest cutting-edge technology and rigorous procedural updates to maintain the highest standards. We continuously update our Procedure Qualification Records (PQR), adapting our methods to meet evolving industry demands. Our in-manufacture quality checks are meticulous, following a detailed Traveler/Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) for each project. This thorough approach ensures not only compliance but also a level of quality that frequently exceeds customer expectations.

To further enhance our commitment to quality, Avadh Group provides an in-house assembly facility for comprehensive agitator testing. This facility allows us to conduct a full range of tests, including:

Variable speed runs to evaluate performance across different operational speeds,
Balancing to ensure smooth operation,
Air runs and hydro tests to assess air-tightness and pressure resistance,
Alignment checks to confirm that each unit meets stringent design and operational requirements.

Our team includes certified ASME NDE Level II personnel, highly trained in a range of Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) techniques such as Liquid Penetrant Testing (LPT), Radiographic Testing (RT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MPT), and Visual Testing (VT). All NDE inspections are conducted in strict compliance with ASME Section V standards, ensuring precision and reliability in every inspection process.
